Seminole Education Association is the exclusive bargaining agent in Seminole County for Teachers and Teacher-based Employees (Nurses, Social Workers, Counselors, etc).

Financial Report: With the enactment of SB 256 in 2023 and SB 1746 in 2024, 447.305(11) F.S. now requires that each employee organization that has been certified as a bargaining agent must provide to its members an annual financial report prepared by an independent certified public accountant.
